Contact me about each one of those services and we’ll find out together the right price for it, based on the effective request, budget, menu, likes, needs, possible allergies and number of people invited.

*depending on dates and also of a previous inspection of the effective space and realistic capacity of the Kitchen, Oven, Stovetop and essential Tools to work with.

Choose one of these sample menus below or mix and match 3 or more courses for your own customized menu, once you’re done we’ll discuss the total price based on my food cost and labor to be estimated within your own budget limit.

For every menu of your choice there can be an additional Homemade Wholewheat or White Bread, “Taralli” (Traditional South Italian Baked snack) or “Grissini” (Breadstick) to start with and enjoy throughout the meal, plus an optional Almond Biscotti (cookies) known as “Cantucci” to accompany your dessert and end up the meal with.

Coconut Pannacotta with Almonds & White Peaches.

Vegan menu:

Baby Spinach, Pears, Dried Cranberries & Walnuts salad with Balsamic Vinegar dressing

Stuffed Eggplant with Wild Mushrooms Risotto, Parmesan Cheese Sauce & Olive Oil

Baked Pear in a Red Wine and Cinnamon Sauce with Wild Berries Sorbet and Fresh Mint

Fish lovers Menu:

Ahi Tuna “Tartare” with blanched Asparagus, Pepper & Homemade Lime Mayonnaise

Salmon in “Papillotte” (cooked in Aluminium foil) with Lemon, fresh Herbs & Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a side dish of Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Olives Salad

Mini Seasonal Fruit Cake with a base of Homemade Apple Jam
